  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or material flaws and entitles the customer to repair or replacement at our discretion.

  • Repairs performed by jewelers other than us will automatically void the warranty.

Common examples of issues not covered by the warranty:

  • Discoloration caused by chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Prongs and precious metals may wear over time and require repair as part of normal wear.
  • Bent or worn prongs causing stones to fall out or be lost due to normal wear.
  • Lost stone or stone that falls out due to chipping or breaking from normal wear.

IMPORTANT:

  • The warranty does not cover loss of center stones; you should insure your jewelry.
  • The warranty is not an insurance policy, so it is the customer’s responsibility to insure the jewelry for loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
  • After the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs or alterations to cover materials, labor, and shipping costs.

STONE WARRANTY We will replace sido stone diamonds (2 mm and smaller) within the first 6 months free of charge. Center stones are NOT covered by the warranty, please ensure you insure your jewelry. IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
