3. Product Availability

We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but availability may change before the website reflects it. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you with alternatives. We do not guarantee availability or specific delivery times and may discontinue any product without notice.

4. Estimated Delivery

We aim to ship your order within the timeframe stated in the order confirmation. However, delays may occur. We will inform you in such cases. Please note that we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Contact us at info@vonlaura.com or via our contact form for approval.

Please note:

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (excluding manufacturing defects).
  • For exchanges, the original amount (minus fees) can be applied toward a new item of equal or greater value. Customer pays the price difference.
  • One (1) exchange per customer is allowed.
  • A flat fee of $200 USD applies to exchanges.
  • Only one return or exchange per order is allowed.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping, customs, and insurance on returns.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exceptions (non-returnable/exchangeable):

  • Custom designs (engraved items, design changes, unique gemstones, special sizes)
  • Diamond jewelry with center stones
  • Ring sizes below US 3 or above US 10

For manufacturing defects or incorrect specifications (e.g., size, color, style), contact us within 7 days. All returns must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of use or alteration.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours after purchase. After this time, the return policy applies.

7. Fraud Protection & Account Termination

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order suspected of fraud. Accounts may be closed without notice. Illegal activity will be reported to authorities.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes may expire without notice. Codes found on third-party websites may not be valid. Discounts do not apply to sale items unless otherwise stated.

9. Pricing & Product Information

We aim for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in price, specifications, or availability and to cancel affected orders.

  • Product images may vary in color/size due to screen settings.
  • Gemstone weights may vary by ±0.05 ct, dimensions by ±0.1 mm.

Any content you submit (e.g., reviews, suggestions) is considered non-confidential. You grant VonLaura a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and distribute the material in any medium.

You confirm that:

  • You have the right to use the material.
  • The content is lawful and truthful.
  • The content is free of harmful code or malware.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

11. Custom Design Policy

We love co-creating unique jewelry with our customers! Unless the design is a completely original sketch, we reserve the right to reuse it in future collections.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of jewelry (e.g., impact, water exposure, wear).
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details.

§14. Force Majeure

VonLaura AB is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including government action, natural disasters, labor conflicts, sabotage, cybercrime, or similar events.

15. Import Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import costs in their country.

  • Within the EU: No customs duties apply.
  • USA: Fees vary by state (usually 2–5%). Contact your local customs office for accurate info.

16. Unclaimed Package

For packages not picked up at the delivery point, a $40 USD fee will apply. The same fee is charged if the shipment cannot be delivered to the provided address and is returned to us. This fee reflects the actual costs of shipping and return. It will be deducted from any refund or invoiced separately if payment was not completed.
