Shipping & Delivery

We are located in Sweden, Europe. We send products internationally throughout the world. Items are fully insured and sent worldwide with express shipping and require a signature upon delivery.

If a package gets lost, is stolen or in any other way ends up not being delivered to the customer, all our packages are 100% insured which means we will (in instances stated above) remake the product once more and deliver it in to the customer in a timely manner.

The package will be sent without any extra expense to the customer.

From an environmental perspective, all of our products are made to order. This approach minimizes raw material waste and ensures that our customers receive their jewelry in the best possible condition.

We use DHL as our delivery partner.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Fee

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Please Note:
If the package is not picked up for any reason and is returned to us for reshipping, an additional shipping fee of $40 USD will apply.

Shipping Time

All of our rings are made to order and 100% handcrafted. The production time is typically 3 to 4 weeks. Once completed, shipping usually takes an additional 1 week with express delivery.

Estimated total delivery time: 4–5 weeks from the date of order.
